About Dr. Maria
Founder & Pediatric Dental Specialist
Dr. Murad is a proud Torontonian who grew up in the east end of the city. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a double major in Biology and Psychology. Dr. Murad has always loved working with children, especially babies!
She completed her professional dental education at the University of Detroit Mercy and her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Centre. Dr. Murad is well trained in all aspects of children's dentistry, and her practice philosophy is based on evidence-based science as dictated by the Canadian and American Academies of Pediatric Dentistry.
She is steadfast in her pursuit of the latest advancements by annually taking numerous continuing education courses to have all the tools to best treat the children in the office.

Outside the Office
Dr. Murad is a wife and proud mother of three little ones. You might even see them causing some chaos at the office one day! She loves traveling with her family as well as enjoying different cuisines.
